This was my very first project as a virtual designer and one that remains close to my heart. Sophie had a vision of bringing homemade, traditional London pies to Hayling Island’s sunny beachfront. She wanted her menus and advertising to reflect a timeless, traditional feel with a touch of modern design.
The business flourished and was so successful that Sophie expanded her venture to include The Maypole Pub, where she now serves hearty roast dinners alongside her signature pie, mash, and liquor.

Leonard’s Homemade Dog Treats was an exciting design project where I aimed to create a brand identity that feels playful, modern, and bold enough to stand out in the competitive online market. From the vibrant color palette to the fun illustrations and typography, every element was designed to capture attention and evoke trustworthiness for a health-conscious pet owner. The focus was on simplicity, highlighting the wholesome, four-ingredient recipes while keeping the visuals fun and engaging for dog lovers everywhere.

The Maypole Pub holds a special place in my heart as it’s my friend Sophie’s venture. Working on the designs for her pub has been such a joy, from crafting elegant seasonal menus to creating eye-catching specials boards. I wanted the designs to feel as warm and inviting as the pub itself while adding a touch of sophistication to showcase the amazing food and atmosphere. Seeing how these designs help bring her vision to life has been so rewarding, and I’m so proud to be part of her journey.
